Maria Voulgari is an Associate of the firm, with significant experience in civil and property law. She is actively involved in both advisory and litigation matters, providing comprehensive legal support to clients across a wide range of real estate and civil law issues.
She has developed particular expertise in land registry and cadastral matters, handling complex issues relating to property rights, registrations, and title verification. Her experience enables her to effectively manage both transactional and contentious aspects of real estate law.
In addition to her property law practice, she represents clients in civil disputes and provides legal support in out-of-court matters, ensuring practical and well-structured solutions tailored to each case.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2015) and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Administration from Panteion University (2018). She has been practicing law for several years and is fluent in English.
She continuously enhances her expertise through participation in specialised seminars and professional training programmes in property and cadastral law. Her recent academic and professional development includes participation in a Real Estate Executive Course (2026), as well as seminars and conferences focusing on land registry practice, cadastral litigation, and property inspection, including the “Land Registry in Practice” seminar (2025), the “Cadastral Litigation Remedies” programme (2025), and the 7th Panhellenic Conference on Usucaption and the National Cadastre (2024).
