Billing Policy

Our billing policy reflects our commitment to transparency, clarity, and a balanced professional relationship with our clients. We aim to structure our fees in a way that is proportionate to the nature, complexity, and value of each matter, while ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the cost of legal services from the outset.

General Principles

Fees are determined based on the specific characteristics of each case, taking into account its complexity, scope, and value.

Clients are informed in advance of the applicable fee structure and are provided with a clear overview of the anticipated costs.

Draft invoices or prior communication regarding fees may be provided before final invoicing, where appropriate.

We do not apply strict hourly billing for all matters; instead, we prioritize alternative fee structures that provide greater predictability.

Routine or minor administrative expenses are not charged separately.

Fee Structures

Depending on the nature of the engagement, we may apply one of the following billing methods:

Fixed / Project Fee
A pre-agreed fee covering the entire matter or a defined stage of it.

Periodic Fees
Agreed fees on a monthly or other periodic basis, particularly for ongoing support.

Per-Service Fees
Fixed amounts for specific services or recurring legal tasks.

Retainer Arrangements
Ongoing legal support provided under a retainer agreement, ensuring continuous availability of legal services.

Success-Based or Value-Based Fees (where applicable)
In certain cases, fees may be linked to the value of a transaction or outcome, subject to applicable legal and ethical rules.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe, typically within five (5) days of issuance, unless otherwise agreed.

The firm reserves the right to suspend or decline further services in cases of outstanding unpaid invoices relating to the same matter.

Use of External Advisors
In cases where specialized expertise is required, we may recommend the involvement of external professionals or specialized counsel.
In such cases:
The client will be informed in advance
Fees of external advisors are borne directly by the client
We coordinate and supervise the process.
