He is granted with a Bachelor of Law (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), with a Bachelor of Political Science (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) and with a Master in Laws (LLM), with distinction, in International, European and Commercial Law (University of Sheffield, U.K.).

His substantial studies in law and politics and his so far working experience enables him to provide his clients with high standards of legal advices and services in the field of company law, corporate formation, commercial contracts, commercial negotiations and disputes, contract drafting, banking law, due diligence and the so said “white – collar” crime.

Theo is the legal consultant of many Greek, European as well as third-country companies and he has participated in several international agreements and due diligences with great success. The number of his appearances in court (approximately 1.100 cases) qualifies him to handle in court any case in the field of commercial, company and economic penal law with great effectiveness.
